1.管理各店铺日常运营、销售、人员工作分配；Manage the daily operation, sales, and staff assignments of each store；
2.考察各国家的市场开发，人流状况；Survey each country’s market development and human-mass flow (customer flow)；
3.管理后勤部门人员和工作分配；Manage logistics department personnel and work assignments;
4.协助人事部门做好人员考勤、纪律、招聘工作；Assist the personnel department with attendance, discipline, and recruitment;
5.配合财务部门做好统计、收款工作；Cooperate with the financial department ;
6.配合清关物流部做好发货，清关，收货等事务；Cooperate with legal and logistics team regarding shipping, customs clearance, receiving, and other affairs；
7.领导组织处理意外紧急事故，并领导制定和实施紧急方案；
Lead the whole organization in dealing with unexpected emergencies and leading the development and implementation of emergency plans;
8.主持或授权委托技术，组织和培育企业团队精神；Hosting, organizing and foster corporate skills and teamwork;
9.企业人才发展规划，与董事汇报商讨各项规章制度和企业重大决策；Host Company human development, rules, and regulations and prioritize the needs of discussing regarding to major corporate decisions with BoD;
10.诚信服务，将企业发展至正确方向；Integrity Sevice, the development of the enterprise in the correct direction;
11.协助并监督运营、设计、宣传部、采购、招商、宣传等后勤部门做好相应工作。Assist and supervise the operation, design, publicity department, procurement, investment promotion, publicity, and other logistics departments to do corresponding work.

Cụm từ “Ai-CHA” có nghĩa là “Yêu Trà” trong tiếng Trung Quốc. Thương hiệu Ai-CHA đại diện cho Nhiệt huyết của chúng ta dành cho Trà và niềm tin mãnh liệt rằng tất cả chúng ta xứng đáng có được Trà Ngon Giá tốt.
Hiện nay, Ai-CHA có 300 cửa hàng tại Indonesia, bao gồm 14 cửa hàng trực thuộc và 286 cửa hàng nhượng quyền. Chúng tôi cũng đã và đang mở rộng hệ thống phân phối và nhượng quyền tại Khu vực Đông Nam Á, như 134 cửa hàng tại Thái Lan, 2 cửa hàng tại Singapore, 96 cửa hàng tại Malaysia và gần đây nhất là thị trường Việt Nam, Phillipine và Campuchia.
