For a large domestic wind power company recruitment, based in Vietnam, responsible for wind power project management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. QEHS and Quality Compliance: Develop and document the team's QEHS control and annual plans in alignment with company standards, oversee execution, and ensure the achievement of QEHS objectives.
2. Performance Targets: Manage departmental KPIs, devise management strategies based on these indicators, and take charge of revenue generation, project progress, sub-business performance, and loan recovery rates.
3. Project Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among company departments or teams to address gaps and ambiguities in project delivery, and establish operational guidelines for international projects.
4. Supplier Management: Enhance the domestic supplier network to bolster delivery and maintenance services, and increase the integration of local personnel and capacity development.
5. Training and Talent Development: Create an annual training plan and strategies for team development to build a talent pipeline for future business expansion.
6. Risk Management: Construct a project risk management framework, oversee risk management, and implement comprehensive measures to mitigate execution risks.
7. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with company and departmental management initiatives to ensure project work is rational, effective, and compliant.
8. Product Risk Management: Formulate risk control plans for project products, monitor risk resolution, and prevent quality issues.
9. Customer Relations: Develop customer relationship strategies, address customer needs and problems in a closed-loop manner, and drive customer satisfaction.
10. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in securing pre-sales orders.
11. Continuous Improvement: Utilize the project execution process to refine work standards, solidify best practices, and establish enduring mechanisms.
Requirements:
1. Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English for independent work, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2. Industry Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in new energy project delivery, with comprehensive knowledge of project lifecycle, risk, and cost management (candidates with a history of hypertension, heart disease, or acrophobia need not apply).
3. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience, in electrical, mechanical, wind power, or pneumatic engineering.
4. Performance Orientation: Results-driven with strong resilience to pressure, and capabilities in leadership and team building.
5. Skillset: Exceptional communication, coordination, analytical skills, and rapid learning ability, with the capacity to adapt quickly to new roles, drive business development, and formulate mechanisms from complex operations.
6. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the use of office and project management software.
7. Certification: PMP certification is an advantage.
